Outbreak Status

Dear Residents’ Families and Loved Ones,

We would like to inform you that an outbreak has been declared within our home. The health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors remain our highest priority, and we are taking all necessary precautions to help prevent further spread of illness.

We kindly ask that anyone who is feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or has recently been exposed to a communicable illness refrain from visiting the home until they are well.

At this time, visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while in the home, although masking is not currently mandatory. Please note that this guidance may change based on the progression of the outbreak and recommendations from public health authorities.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to protect the health and well-being of our residents. We will continue to keep families informed of any changes to outbreak measures or visitor requirements.
